His extensive abilities in business process engineering and his ability to communicate with personnel at all levels in both client’s and employer’s operations have enabled him to identify win-win solutions matching his clients’ requirements and his employer’s goals.

Leveraging on his vast experience he trained as a technical and copy writer with AWAI and began working as a freelance consultant and writer.
